Be Happy No Matter The Circumstances -
with Eastern Philosophy and Meditation

Eastern philosophy and meditation can help you gain the ultimate freedom – freedom from yourself and unshakeable inner peace.

Imagine if you will – just for a moment – that you are in prison. Your daily routine is dominated by others telling you what to do and when to do it.  They wake you up at 5 in the morning whether you want to get up of not.   You have to eat whatever is given to you whenever they decide it is time for you to eat.  You get maybe 1 hour outside, and the rest of the time you are stuck in your 10 by 10 prison cell.

Ignoring the ignominy, the humiliation of being in such a position, the essence of the hardship that you are being subjected to is that your freedom is restricted. You cannot go for a walk when you please, in the evening to admire the sunset.  You cannot have a cup of coffee at Starbucks whenever you feel like it.  You cannot socialize with your friends and family when you want.  You cannot work at your job or business to earn a living.

While most of us will never be convicted of a crime and thrown in jail, we face a mental prison.  The prison of the self – the separate ego – that keeps us separate from the rest of existence and the rest of the Universe.

It keeps us from knowing our true nature.  The self keeps us from realizing that we and the Universe are one – that we are the Universe (or as is said in Hindu Philosophy – AHAM BRAHMASMI – I am Brahma).

This promise of freedom from the self – or the ego separate from the rest of existence – is the promise of eastern philosophy and meditation. The benefits of practicing these techniques are immediate – in the HERE AND NOW.  You will receive these benefits in stages so you do not have to wait for that distant point in the future when your self is dissolved and you are fully enlightened.

  • You will not let your hopes and fears for the future run your life.
  • In other words, you will live your life in the present, in the Here and Now. If you think of it there is really no Past and no Future. What we imagine to be the past is really memories recorded in the synapses and neuron of our brain cells. And the future is no more than our daydreams, hopes and fears, which is also no more than brain activity or conceptualization. The present moment, the Here and Now, is all that there is and is the only place where we can live our lives.
  • You will be free, or at least freer than earlier, of negative emotions such as worry, fear, anger, depression and the like. If you practice the techniques of eastern philosophy and meditation that I will be explaining, you will be easily able to manage your emotions and gradually become free of them.
  • You will be able to run your mind instead of your mind running you.
  • You will be in a better position to attain your goals, succeed in your ventures, and have better relationships. By freeing yourself of mental clutter and noise, you will be able to break through the limitations that you have imposed on yourself.
  • You will be more original, more creative, and more effective in your thinking. Dr. Win Wenger P. HD – in his book the Einstein Factor – says that only when we shift our attention from what we know to what we actually perceive, are most problems solved. These techniques will help you to think without preconceiving and will lead you to think more effectively.

You can use the techniques presented here to break free of your self-imposed prison.  Eastern philosophy and meditation will help bring you a rock-solid mental approach to life where you are in control of your life, your thoughts and your emotions.  Join the newsletter and explore the site. I promise you that it will transform your life as it has done mine.
