		<description>your article is very helpful about do not react to the thoughts and feelings, however I agree with Anil that these thoughts and feelings are not belong to &quot;I&quot; where i have just discovered glimpse of &quot;I&quot; (the awarness) 3 days ago... then suddenly I felt that I was the space, the sofa, the curtains, roof and this body afterwards I was like laughing until tears came out of my eyes and saying nothing is personal in this world, it doesn;t really matters anymore....it was effortless, I don;t do meditation but at that time I was reading Ramana Maharshi&#039;s biography  on my BlackBerry... One his quote took me to that state..
